Aishwarya Devan is an Indian film actress and model. She started her career through modelling. She has modelled for many magazine fashion photo shoots. She mainly worked in South Indian language films. She made her film debut in Malayalam movie Simhasanam playing a female lead role opposite to Famous South Indian film actor Prithviraj. The film was released in 2012 and it was directed by Shaji Kailas.Aishwarya was born to the couple S. Devan and Sheeja Devan. S. Devan hails from Bangalore and Sheeja Devan hails from Shornur. A photograph of Aishwarya Devan on Facebook drew attention of two directors – Gautam Patnaik and Deepan. Gautam’s cast her in his film Yuvan / Keratam. Deepan introduced her to Shaji Kailas who cast her in his film Simhasanam. She played a Bangalore-based girl who, after her Plus Two, enters college in both her films. Simhasanam was Aishwarya's first Malayalam film. After Simhasanam, she acted in famous south indian actor Bala’s Direction debut movie The Hit List and Major Ravi’s Karmayodha.  Aishwarya essayed the role played by Roma Asrani in the Tamil remake of the Malayalam hit movie Traffic called Chennaiyil Oru Naal. She also acted with director Seeman in Kandupidi Kandupidi directed by Ramsubbaraman.
